Terms of service
These terms apply when you use hyperfix.solutions or hire HyperFix Solutions ("HyperFix", "we") to build or run an AI agent for your business ("you").
Our services
We design, set up and maintain AI agents that talk to your customers on channels such as WhatsApp, websites, phone calls and email. The exact scope, timeline and fees for your project are agreed in writing before work starts.
Your responsibilities
You give us accurate information about your business, prices and policies, and access to the accounts the agent needs. You make sure you have the right to contact your customers, and you follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and the law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
How the agents work
Agents use AI and can sometimes make mistakes. They hand over to your team when they are unsure, and you stay responsible for the final decisions your business makes, such as prices, refunds and deliveries. For health-related businesses, agents never give medical advice, and a qualified person must check prescriptions and medical questions.
Payments
You pay the setup and monthly fees agreed in your quote. Third-party costs, such as WhatsApp conversation charges, are billed as agreed. If payment is late, we may pause the service after giving you notice.
Cancelling
You can stop the monthly service with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees are not refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Ownership
Your business data stays yours. We keep ownership of our tools, templates and know-how, and give you the right to use the agent we build for you while the service is active.
Limits of liability
We work with care, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages and changes caused by third parties such as Meta, Google or telecom providers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Gujarat.
